The deadline for room bookings is 15/07/2026
During the booking of rooms, which must be done via email, it will be necessary to specify "ALFA TANGO Meeting" and a deposit of 50% will be required but only for the first night of accommodation
The cancellation of the reservation must be made by 28/08/2026 and the deposit will be refunded

Single use double room, per night: € 85,00
Master room, per night: € 110,00
Triple room, per night: € 130,00
Quad room, per night: € 150,00
Tourist tax, per person, per night: € 3,00
The cost of each room (and extra meals) will be paid directly by the guests. The free services for overnight guests include: garage, Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, gym, breakfast and free shuttle service to/from the airport!
Convention's Room for 100 seated participants equipped with a flip chart, video projector and screens, audio system and microphones on saturday and sunday morning

01:00 PM Free lunch in Bari and surrounding areas or at Vittoria Park Hotel
04:00 PM Meeting with Directors and Coordinators, Italy~abroad, in the meeting room (D.G.)
05:30 PM Dxpedition time with videos, images and interviews in the D.G. meeting room
08:30 PM Dinner at the Hotel restaurant featuring traditional apulian products. After dinner, relax at the hotel's pool.
Sunday, September 4: Grand Finale!
09:30 AM President's Report by 1AT010 Roberto followed by the award ceremonies for all the Alfa Tango events
13:00 AM Alfa Tango lunch with lottery and great prizes!
