Following some inquiries from non-AT operators it is specified:

A: No, non-ATs cannot activate but can participate as hunters with any antenna!

Following some inquiries from enthusiasts of portable activity it is specified:

{Q: Is it possible to participate on the event in portable?}
A: Yes, it is possible to participate in Portable.

{Q: Can someone apply as an AT activator operating from a portable station?}
A: Yes, AT who love portable can apply and activate in portable but only with antenna configured as Yagi.

e.g: very small yagi, plastic-boom yagi, HB9CV, Skypper or ProSkypper, Xyagi, Moxon, wire beam as long as they are at least electrically Yagi etc. etc.

This lightweight portable setup might also be useful for ATs residing in small entities, rare countries, islands etc. where it is not possible to install big antenna system!

 Following some inquires from enthusiast of YAGI100 event it is specified:

{Q: I noticed that here and there the phrase Special Guest appears? What does it mean and who are the special guests?}

A: The Special Guests are non-AT Japanese DXers invited in to the event by G.R.I. Alfa Tango in memory of 25AT102 and in honor of the Yagi/UDA duo.
